Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All services provided by Nickson Kamau involve creative work and time-based resources. As such, deposits or advance payments are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds will not be issued for completed work, partially completed projects, or cancellations made after production has begun.

If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a refund may be considered at our discretion, less any administrative or preparation costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances solely within our control, any eligible refund will be limited to the amount paid for the undelivered portion of the services. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
